My husband and I love dumplings. We have been wanting to try this place and came in last Sunday. Didn't realize how much seating was available inside... so much! One waitress was working but it was a slow night. She was super helpful and our food all came out very fast. We ordered a few things my favorite dish was the Sichuan Wonton in Red Oil. Super tasty. We also got some potstickers that were pretty tasty. I thought the menu would have more options but also glad it didn't have too many to feel overwhelmed. We much enjoyed it :)

Finally had the chance to stop by United Dumplings in person and dine in! I've been ordering from them for well over a year and their dumplings quickly became my comfort food. Dining in was such a wonderful experience, the service was friendly and truly exceptional. I went on a Thursday around 6pm and it wasn't too busy, plenty of seating. People were coming in and out to pick up their orders as I had previously done. But being able to sit and enjoy a pot of tea, and warm, fresh food made me not want my meal to end. I can't wait to go back!

Overall quite impressed. Curry fried rice was very tasty. Chicken dumplings with mushroom and truffle oil, a little unusual, A taste that either grows on you or doesn't. The fried calamari was a bit overcooked, a bit over breaded. The zero caffeine tea was quite good. Service was very fast and friendly. Dining room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

I went to United Dumplings with group of 10 classmates - we were craving dumplings, and this was one of the few restaurants that could accommodate a group of our size. When we arrived around 6 PM on a Saturday evening, there seemed to be plenty of seating (the restaurant eventually filled up as the evening went on). We ordered in stages, trying two plates to share at a time. We started with the chicken soup dumplings and Sichuan pork soup dumplings - both which were excellent. I noticed that most of their dumplings aren't served with a side of chili sauce, nor was there any extra sauce at our table. We continued to order items across the menu - Dan Dan noodles, sautéed green beans, and the Sichuan dumplings in chili sauce were my favorites. For our group of 10, we ended up ordering about 20 dishes to share (with no leftovers). The food was delicious, but as some of the other reviewers noted, the portion size for the Dan Dan noodles was very small, even for only a couple of people.

Really good meal here on a Sunday afternoon. Dropped in at 12:30 pm and there were only a couple of tables full. The menu is varied, with a number of options for dumplings, greens, rice, noodles, and a few entrees. The dishes are a combo of Northern Chinese with influence from other Asian cuisines, like Korean and Singaporean. We wanted to get a good sense of everything the restaurant is capable of, so we decided to go with the pork XLB, sautéed pea shoots with garlic, Korean BBQ beef dumplings, Sichuan dan dan noodles, Sichuan wontons in red oil, and the Singapore curry chicken fried rice. The waiter was super friendly and eager to share his recommendations, and the wontons and rice both happened to be on his list, so we figured we'd chosen some good dishes for our first meal here and were honing in on the right things. The dan dan noodles came out first and were great. We mixed them at the table and loved the sauce, which was rich and had a ton of ground pork. This was one of our favorite dishes of the meal. Everything else came out after the noodles, which was nice -- no long waits between dishes. The XLB are smaller than at some other places I've been, but the flavor of the broth in the dumpling was really nice and the pork filled the whole dumpling. The Korean BBQ beef dumplings were incredibly juicy inside. One bite and a ton of juice would come out of them. Delicious. The dipping sauce served with them is a must-have with these dumplings. I couldn't get enough of the pea shoots. While it's an incredibly simple dish, the garlic flavor was just phenomenal and the shoots were cooked so they still had a bit of a crunch. Not overcooked at all. The Sichuan wontons were the only dish I didn't really care for, and that's because the sauce was too heavy on the vinegar. It came through very strongly in a way I didn't like, but the wontons themselves were delicious. My husband, however, really loved this dish and happily ate the rest. So it's just a matter of taste, not that the dish was poorly executed. This was actually another of his favorite dishes. The Singapore curry rice is very curry-forward. I would've liked this dish better if it had more of a balance with garlic and onion and wasn't quite so one-dimensional in flavor, but it was stuffed with ingredients and was one of the most generous portions of the meal. We ended up taking most of it home, and the leftovers held up well once we got to them the next day. My one disappointment with United Dumplings is that the portions are inconsistent and can be a bit small, especially for the dan dan noodles. There were two portions on the plate, so if we had a bigger group it would've been really hard to share this dish. As I mentioned above, the pork XLB are smaller than at other dumpling houses I've been to. But the pea shoots and fried rice were very generous portions. So just bear in mind that while the idea of the restaurant is to order many dishes to share, some are better suited to that than others. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal here. The food was hot, fresh, flavorful, and came out very fast, and the restaurant has a bright, airy feel that was pleasant to be in. When we visited, a woman was seated in the windows making what looked like siu mai by hand and smiled at us as we watched her briefly. I thought that was cool. Our waiter was a super nice guy and was attentive without hovering. There are a number of other things I want to try on the menu, including the beef noodle soup, so I'll be back. Those pea shoots aren't safe from me, either.

Food was good quality. It was the best bbq pork bun I've had bc of the bread. Usually the bread is the worst part-- dry and unappetizing but this was fluffy and soft. It had a nice flavor too. I wanna order it next time I visit! The service was also quick and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food. My husband and I will be back :)

I was studying across the street at a cafe and decided to pop in here for dinner. This place is DELICIOUS! Recommendations: SICHUAN DAN DAN NOODLES - absolutely delicious, well balanced sauce, perfect noodle texture. CALIFORNIA BEEF NOODLE SOUP - a good portion of beef, perfect noodle texture, a few leafy greens. This is a solid bowl of beef noodle soup, one of my favorite dishes, and they do it well. SICHUAN DUMPLINGS IN RED OIL - delicious, great consistency, the oil had a nice flavor with mild spice that wasn't painfully burning your mouth. These were very enjoyable! I liked the oil so much, I put the leftovers in my soup! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back. The staff were so kind and gave great recommendations. What a little gem of a find and I'm happy to see they are "mother" owned! What a delicious take on noodles and dumplings that I think can cater to a diverse audience. Thank you for being delicious!

The family likes to come here whenever possible. This time we ordered the dumplings, XLB, spicy wonton, pan fried dumpling, cucumber salad & the pea shoots. Everything is tasty; the pan fried dumplings had a nice crisp bottom crust & the little tin for the XLB makes it perfect for slurping up any missed juiciness. Both veg dishes were nice & fresh. The dumpling making lady seemed to be having a great time churning out dumplings & we enjoyed watching that yumminess being made in front of us.
